МЕТА:

Практична:

- активізувати лексику з теми “Спорт”;

- навчити учнів розповідати про робочий тиждень свого друга;

- формувати навички читання про себе;

- розвивати навички аудіювання і розуміння звукового потоку;

- розвивати навички діалогічного мовлення з теми на рівні мікродіалогу;

- удосконалювати навички спілкування, використовуючи кліше, що надають                  

              спілкуванню більшої виразності

.

            Розвивальна:

- розвивати мислення,  пам’ять, логіку, вміння ефективно співпрацювати під час   парної роботи.

Освітня:

- розширювати знання про спосіб життя та культуру спілкування підлітків   Великобританії.

Виховна:

- виховувати любов до спорту, формувати навички здорового способу життя.

Somewhere in London there is a girl who likes table tennis too. Her name is Sharon.

 Now we are going to read about Sharon.

Open your books at page 32, exercise 1. Read the text. Take the paper with the task 3.

            This is Sharon’s diary. Complete it with the correct sports and activities while reading.

Sharon is a student in London. She really likes sport and she plays a lot of different sports every week.

On Mondays she plays basketball with her friends and on Tuesdays they play volleyball. Wednesday is favourite day of the week. After school she plays table tennis and in the evening she plays chess with her family. On Thursday Sharon watches her sister, Clare play football in the school team. On Fridays Sharon is very tired so she goes to bed and reads a book.

At the weekend Sharon visits her cousins. On Saturdays they go swimming and on Sundays they stay at home and play cards and watch television.

Sharon     Oh. it’s tennis on TV tonight at half past eight. I’ve got to go.

5.GAME ‘PERFORM A MIME”

T. Now we’ll play a mime game. One person goes to the board and gets a card. On the card the sport is written. Then he performs a mime. You should guess the sport he is performing. For every right answer you get a ball. The person who is getting more balls is a winner.

6. ADDITIONAL TASK. (if there is time)

A crossword.  Each of you is getting a paper with a crossword.

Do the crossword. Now exchange your crosswords and check them.

IV. SUMMING UP. HOME ASSIGNMENT

You worked very well today. I can say you all love sport. At home write

about the sports and activities you do.
